Employers - COT3
A COT3 Agreement is a formal record of the terms of a settlement between an employer and employee which is negotiated through ACAS.
A COT3 Agreement can be presented to an Employment Tribunal at any time before a hearing, to confirm that an agreement has been reached between the parties.
As an ACAS officer will not generally have the best interest of either party as their sole concern when dealing with a COT3 Agreement, we would advise that in any event you seek advice from an employment law specialist who can negotiate on your behalf, with ACAS and advise on the suitability or otherwise of a potential agreement.
If you require our assistance with negotiating a Compromise Agreement or COT3 Agreement with ACAS, please contact us on 020 8906 6804 or Request a Callback to discuss your COT3 Agreement requirements further. Alternatively, please complete the Free Initial Assessment form to provide further details of your concern to Net Employment Solicitors.
