Yvonne Rogers
Consultant Solicitor
Yvonne qualified as a solicitor over 30 years ago and went on to become a partner at the firm where she trained. She remained with the firm until 2018, after which she continued to specialise in personal injury law.
With a proven track record in managing complex personal injury claims, Yvonne has extensive experience working with vulnerable clients, including children and those who lack capacity. Her work often requires court of protection/deputyship orders and the establishment of personal injury trusts. She also has significant expertise in criminal injury claims, representing innocent victims of violent crimes, including cases of historic abuse and terrorism. Many of her clients have suffered traumatic brain injuries and other life-changing conditions.
Known for her empathetic approach to client care, Yvonne builds strong relationships based on understanding and support. She finds great satisfaction in mentoring junior colleagues, helping them grow professionally.
Yvonne has embraced a new challenge, joining Net Solicitors in 2024, to support our work in the field of mis-selling. She is excited to be part of a dedicated team, contributing to this area of law.
Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her family, her French Bulldog Doris, and socialising with friends.
